The Netherlands (PRADULT) March 6, 2010 - In a much needed move to improve visibility and sales in the US market, SPI Media of Rotterdam has parted ways with its US video distributor and longtime publishing partner Diversicor, Inc., and has brought its Domina Files video line to Robert Hill Releasing of Chatsworth, California. Since its inception in 2006, the documentary style BDSM line has garnered much attention and even received and AVN nomination in 2009 for Best Specialty Video.

“We are excited to start a new level of distribution with the Domina Files in the US and will begin releasing two titles per month as of January 2010,” says SPI President Bert Wibo.

“SPI isn’t giving up on the dvd market like so many others have. It’s still proving to show potential for the future. The more people that there are bailing out of the market; the more of a niche I can carve for my own business. Stores need product to put on the shelves and I want to be there,” says Bert Wibo.

The line will continue to be packaged in German Nikkert boxes and a new advertising campaign in magazines like Von Gutenburg and DDI will be implemented to push the video line further into the appropriate markets.
