Cyberspace (PRADULT) November 30, 2009 - It has been a great year for Amateur District. Riding the momentum from the release of a brand new website, it was announced earlier today that Amateur District has been nominated for two 2010 AVN Awards. Amateur District now has 6 total AVN Award nominations since being formed in 2006.

This year’s AVN Award nominations start with “Best Amateur Series” for their My First XXX video line. The second nomination is for True Home Made Amateur 4 in the “Best Amateur Release” category. The True Home Made Amateur series has been quite popular for Amateur District, as it also struck gold and earned an award last year in the same category for True Home Made Amateur 3. May Friedman a VP from Mallcom.com, who themselves are nominated for the AVN’s Web Retailer of the Year states “Big budget productions will always rule the sales charts, yet quality amateur titles like any of the True Home Made Amateur series really hold their own. True Home Made Amateur 3, 4 and 5 have been strong in sales for over a year now. It is just a great series. We notice a lot of customers who return to purchase other volumes after they first try out the series, and that speaks volumes about customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.”
