August 25, 2009 (PRADULT) Cyberspace — Urge Media Group (UMG) Parent Company to Urge Alliance, Inc.(UAI) is announcing the launch of their proprietary custom affiliate program UrgeCash 1.0. The launch will coincide with InterNext 2009. Custom designed and integrated with the new CC-Bill Affiliate platform WMA, UrgeCash will initially offer 4 Exclusive & Original Sites (with 4 more due by September) Included in their initial launch will be JustFuckFilms.com, a Free site to all paying customers of any Urge branded website.

Richard Barrios will serve as New Business Development Liaison along with Ailon Gamboa. With 8 additional sites already filmed and ready for launch, Urge promises to deliver Micro-Niche driven, exclusive content filmed entirely in True HD. Rick Cuban, Director of Operations promises a variety of alternatives to end-users that should motivate affiliates. Urge websites will offer from it’s inception, monthly subscriptions, video-on-demand through their custom VOD theatre Urge-On-Demand.com and Download-to-Own (DTO). UrgeCash Ad Tools consists of Banners, TGP’s, MGP’s, Custom Tours & Trailers for every episodes launched. All sales will generate a 50% Rev Share for life on all types of payments with several sales programs being released shortly thereafter.

Urge also offers a variety of streaming formats including Flash, WMV & i-Pod for all content released. In addition, all websites will have their own custom Forum & Blog to assist in disseminating the Urge brand.
