July 31, 2009 (PRADULT) Van Nuys, CA – Pink Visual (www.pinkvisual.com) and TopBucks (www.topbucks.com) today announced the premiere of 2Men1Podcast (www.2men1podcast.com), a porn industry-inspired podcast featuring outrageous comedy segments, news and commentary as well as industry and talent guests.

The 2Men1Podcast premiere episode, hosted by Q Boyer and Don G, features a debate on porn stars such as Sasha Grey breaking through to the mainstream, an interview with Diane Duke and Joanne Cachapero of the Free Speech Coalition and comedy segments “Songs You Didn’t Know Were About Porn” and “Great Heroes of Porn History.”

According to Q Boyer, marketing coordinator for Top Bucks and co-host of 2Men1Podcast, the creation of the show was the direct result of a personal challenge.

“We listened to some of the podcasts that other adult companies were doing and thought to ourselves, ‘Hey, we can be that silly and stupid,’ and with that lofty mission statement in mind, we produced and developed nine test episodes, all the while nudging industry-folk and talent to subscribe to the show via iTunes,” Boyer said. “They liked what they heard and then recommended the show to their friends, and the whole thing became self-feeding, which totally confirmed our suspicion that we are indeed at least as silly and stupid as the industry’s other podcasters, if not more so.”

The nine test episodes, which are still available for download via iTunes or at www.2men1podcast.com gave Q, Don and podcast producer Matt P. time to improve the show format, test out segments and gauge listener interest. With the combination of positive listener feedback on comedy segments such as “Porn Grievances” and “Reality Porn Theatre,” and the steady rise in non-industry listeners subscribing to the show, the three knew that they were on to something special and the company decided to launch the show as its own supplemental product.

“The podcast is still very much a work in progress, which is obvious if you listen to our test episodes leading up to the premiere,” quips Don G, the other co-host of 2Men1Podcast. “But we’ve worked hard to improve with every episode and to deliver a fun show chockablock full of comedy and topical news that connects with both porn pros and laypersons alike. So, while the show may be a work in progress, it’s consistently entertaining and in our opinion, pretty awesome…and not just a thimbleful of awesome, a brewery vat full of awesome.”

According to the hosts, while 2Men1Podcast has been effective in attracting iPhone users who subscribe via iTunes to also try out Pink Visual’s mobile offering, iPinkVisualPass (www.iPinkVisualPass.com), the podcast is much more than just an effective marketing tool.

“The problem with many corporate created podcasts is that they exist only as a means to pimp products, making them glorified commercials and rendering them ineffective as both a piece of entertainment and as marketing tools,” says Boyer. “Consumers want substantive content; they want to be engaged, so while you’ll definitely hear us promoting Pink Visual and TopBucks products on the show, make no mistake, 2Men1Podcast is very much a consumer product and not simply a marketing tool.”

This commitment to substance is evident when looking ahead to future episodes. According to Don and Q new episodes will deliver fresh and (hopefully) hilarious comedy bits, a Twitter contest for listeners, as well as interviews with a long line of industry guests including performers you know, love and quite possibly have masturbated to.
