1. Log in to your NATS admin and go to the Third Party Admin, Select XonDemand from the dropdown list of third party companies; 2. Create a third party site in the Sites Admin ; 3. Create a new program for your third party sites (Optional) 4. Provide all of the IP’s on your NATS server

In a nutshell NATS runs your affiliate program from top to bottom with the exception of the actual processing of the financial transactions (NATS is integrated with over 30 processors for transaction handling).
