The new pages located in the top navigational bar include a more detailed explanation of TranslationsXXX’s services and packages offered, a very useful F.A.Q page, a Free quote form and a brief History of the company.

In the Software, Geo targeting and Billing solutions pages we decided to promote products, such as MPA3, YNOT payment Solutions, GEO IP software and anti Credit card frauds tools, which we think are quality tools for the industry.

The most important news are the new packages and new services.

“To improve the quality of our services,� Mo says “TranslationsXXX merged with Translate & Localize, providing additional expertise in programming, coding and website design. Plus, enabling us to offer also mainstream translation services�.

The company created 6 packages to satisfy the needs of the small webmaster overseeing few websites or the Big Company that requires additional technical assistance with a large number of sites.

The most interesting service is the Customer service support.�During my conversations with clients and friends in the industry I understood that people liked the idea of translating their webites, software and products,� Mo says “but almost everybody seems unsure about what to do when it comes down to communicate with foreign customers in a Customer support situation�.

That’s where TranslationsXXX comes in with its Customer service support. Ste, co-partner of TranslationsXXX says, “in order to assist our clients dealing with foreign customers we thought to offer monthly email packages where we answer to customer service related issues.�

For storefront and software sites, but also for anyone who wants to offer a great customer service TranslationsXXX can set up a LIVE Helpdesk service .�By providing the platform to communicate, TranslationsXXX’s translators can assist customers in real time.�

Ste continues, “it’s a great solution to have our translators doing this job because most likely they have translated the website, software or online store, so they will be very familiar with the products or services offered.�

The partnership with Translate & Localize, which is located in Europe, will allow the coverage of the gap caused by the difference of time between the USA and Europe.�

Having an office in Europe,“ Ste says �will guarantee a constant assistance to TranslationsXXX’s clients (almost 24/7) and offer our clients payment with the currency they prefer�.

TranslationsXXX is also working on a marketing service to promote websites or affiliate programs in foreign markets working in synergy with local webmasters who are familiar with the language and the local markets.

Right now this service is limited to only a few markets, the company believes to be ready to launch this service in full scale by the end of March.
