Washington, DC (PRADULT) November 28, 2005 — Fans of ebony erotica have known for years that Janet Jacme (http://www.janetjacme.net) is a living legend, but now the mainstream adult media are beginning to notice.

Wednesday, Janet was selected for induction into the prestigious AVN Hall Of Fame.

She will be officially inducted during the AVN Awards Show Jan. 7 in Las Vegas. Janet plans to attend.

“It’s such an honor, and I’m so happy that the people from AVN have recognized me,” she said. “I know that many of my fans have written into AVN over the past few months and years and I really, truly appreciate the support.”

Other hall of fame inductees are Chloe, Nick East, Mickey G., Steve Hatcher, Jenna Jameson, Lynn LeMay, Cara Lott, Cash Markman, Rodney Moore, Jack Remy, Stephanie Swift, Jerome Tanner.

Janet is only the third black female to make the Hall. The others are Jeannie Pepper, Heather Hunter (Janet’s longtime and best friend).

“It’s just so wonderful to be recognized for a great career, but since I’m still working I hope I can win my first regular AVN award in the future,” Janet said.
